• Bored Bugs busy boards are not suitable for children under 12 months of age.
• This product contains small parts and other components that may pose a choking hazard or other safety risks.
• Busy boards must always be used under direct adult supervision.
• Improper use of this product may result in injury or damage.
• Customers assume all risks associated with the use of this product.
3. Limitation of Liability

4. Returns & Refund Policy
• We accept returns only for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
• To request a return or refund, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order where the request will be assessed.
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is confirmed to be faulty.
